Internships are conducted under an agreement with a school or institute. The student will support the team in daily preparation and service, participating in mise en place, preparing simple dishes, organizing kitchen stations, cleaning, and receiving goods. Work will be carried out under supervision, following team instructions and adapting to the restaurant’s actual pace. ### **Requirements** We seek candidates with a proactive attitude, orderliness, commitment to quality, and genuine eagerness to learn. The goal is to build a solid foundation in professional cooking, discipline, speed, and teamwork.
