At Grupo Garden, we are looking to hire a **Technical and Quality Assistant** to join our Central Kitchen team. Your mission will be to provide operational support for Technical Services activities and collaborate in monitoring Quality and HACCP procedures, contributing to the proper functioning of facilities and compliance with the organization’s quality, hygiene, and safety standards. What will be your **responsibilities**? * Monitoring and supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for hotel facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. * Support in technical inspections of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, hot water supply (ACS), and machinery. * Management and tracking of technical incidents, coordinating repairs and external vendors when necessary. * Control of tools, materials, spare parts, and maintenance of order in warehouses and technical areas. * Supervision of the proper functioning of facilities and updating of technical records. * Collaboration in monitoring Quality and HACCP procedures. * Review and control of records related to hygiene, food safety, and sanitary water systems. * Support in preventive controls, internal audits, and continuous improvement actions related to quality and maintenance. * Compliance with safety regulations, occupational risk prevention, and internal procedures. What are the **requirements** for this position? * Completed compulsory secondary education. * Prior experience in this role for at least 1 year in similar positions. * Technical training in maintenance, quality, hygiene, or related fields is desirable. * Basic knowledge of technical maintenance and quality systems. * Training or knowledge in HACCP, food safety, and sanitary water control is desirable. * Basic proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, email). * Record and documentation management.
