Glow Oil is looking for an experienced Marine Superintendent to oversee and support vessel operations, technical matters and crew coordination. Requirements \* Degree or diploma in Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, Naval Engineering or a related field \* Minimum 5 years of experience in the maritime industry \* Previous experience as Captain, Chief Engineer, Superintendent or in a senior maritime operations role is preferred \* Strong understanding of vessel operations, maintenance and safety \* Ability to coordinate with vessel crews, contractors and management \* Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills \* Good English communication skills \* Willingness to travel when required Salary: To be discussed during the interview, based on experience and qualifications.
