AS STATION CHEF Under the direction of the Head Chef, you will: * Ensure alignment between the dishes you prepare and their technical specifications * Independently and efficiently carry out, coordinate, and manage all operations within your section required for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes, in accordance with the establishment’s technical and aesthetic standards * Assist in assessing procurement needs and managing inventory and orders * Comply with HACCP and safety regulations * Ideally holding hospitality training, you have at least 3 years’ significant experience in a high-end gastronomic restaurant * A serious and responsible individual with a keen sense of organization and teamwork * In addition to technical competencies, your dynamism and creativity will set you apart as a driving force behind our development.
