Responsibility for conservation and utilization of products We are looking for a Station Chef with experience at our Restaurant Horno de San Juan, Miranda de Ebro, Burgos. * Accommodation is offered to facilitate geographical mobility. In addition, the responsibilities of the Station Chef include: \-Preparation of orders under the direction of the Head Chef. \-Qualified, autonomous, and responsible preparation, garnishing, and presentation of dishes using the most appropriate techniques. \-Conservation of raw materials and products used in the kitchen. \-Preparation, cooking, and presentation of culinary products. \-Inspection and control of kitchen equipment, reporting any incidents accordingly. \-Control and care of the conservation and utilization of products assigned to the position. Mandatory: Communication skills. Desirable: Solid knowledge of the sector (wine lists, menu knowledge, protocols, etc.). English language proficiency.
