Main duties will include active supervision and participation in food and beverage service, efficient planning of time and available resources, preparation of staff work schedules, inventory control of products, and organization of dining room service, including table assignment to waitstaff. At least one year of prior experience in a similar position is required. Knowledge of languages other than English will be considered an advantage; basic English proficiency is required for communication.
