




Job Summary: We are seeking a Second Chef to oversee culinary production, raw material control, and quality and cleanliness management in the kitchen. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead culinary production and ensure consistent quality. 2. Manage raw materials and coordinate the kitchen team. 3. Weekly menu planning and hygiene maintenance. The La Musa Group is looking for a SECOND CHEF (M/F) for our restaurant La Musa Latina. Key missions include: - Oversee the restaurant's culinary production in accordance with technical specifications. - Ensure service delivery of said production and control of raw materials. - Develop the weekly daily menu for the following week; if necessary, respect raw material proportions set by management. - Guarantee consistent product quality (taste, presentation, and hygiene) for items on sale. - Be responsible for kitchen cleanliness in compliance with current regulations, in coordination with the office team. - Manage raw material stock (procurement, stock rotation). - Coordinate staff activities (schedules / vacations / holidays). - Receive and store goods. - Perform any tasks related to the smooth operation of the establishment (closing procedures, supplier reception, daily task sets aimed at expanding scope of responsibilities in the long term, etc.).
