Multifunctional Receptionist – Upcoming Opening (Alicante) Are you passionate about customer service and looking to join a new project from its inception? We are seeking a **Multifunctional Receptionist** for the upcoming opening of a **65-room** tourist accommodation, located in an excellent area, **very close to the Central Market of Alicante**. **Start Date:** September. Responsibilities * Guest reception and welcome. * Management of check-in and check-out. * Telephone reception and reservation handling. * Guest information and assistance during their stay. * Administrative tasks specific to the position. * Support in breakfast service when required. * Coordination with other departments to ensure an excellent guest experience. Requirements * Previous experience in hotel or tourist accommodation reception. * Strong service orientation and customer focus. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Organizational ability and capacity to resolve incidents. * Knowledge of hotel management software will be valued. * Sufficient English proficiency to serve international guests; additional languages are an advantage.
