Excellence and organization are our mottoes, our multicultural team is determined to face ambitious challenges, in order to grow and establish ourselves as a leader in the industry. **Your mission** ---------------- **Job Summary:** We are seeking a responsible and detail\-oriented Property Manager Assistant to oversee the condition and readiness of our managed properties for guest arrivals. The role primarily involves maintaining the properties in optimal condition and managing relationships with the property owners—not the guests. You will be the main point of contact for our apartment owners, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and professional coordination regarding their property. Previous experience in a similar role is a strong advantage. **Key Responsibilities:** – Oversee and ensure the properties are consistently maintained to the highest standards and fully prepared for guest arrivals. – Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and logistics teams to resolve issues promptly. – Conduct regular inspections of properties and report findings. – Handle administrative tasks related to property upkeep (relations with the insurance companies, Community of the Property owners, city hall, Land Registry, external providers, etc). – Be present and available in the Benalmádena or Torremolinos area, as the job requires local physical presence. – Creation of visual content related to the property (provisional photoshoot and property video tour). **Your profile Requirements** ----------------------------- * **Requirements:** + Fluent in **English and Spanish** (both written and spoken) – **mandatory**. + Valid **driver’s license** – **mandatory**. + Must live in, or be willing to work daily from, the Málaga, Benalmádena or Torremolinos area. + Strong organisational and communication skills. + Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or client relations is a **plus**. **Conditions and benefits** --------------------------- ### **Location** Málaga ### **Schedule** 40 hours/week 5 days/week Monday\-Friday ### **Contract** Permanent ### **Days off** 2 days/week
