We are currently seeking specialized professionals for retail, office, and hotel construction projects to join the contractor \- APREU DESIGN \& BUILD. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in exciting projects and work in a collaborative environment that fosters professional growth. **Position: Project Manager \- Site Manager** **Location: Madrid** Key Responsibilities: * Plan and organize the various construction phases. * Manage and process relationships with clients and suppliers. * Coordinate the work team and manage necessary subcontracting. * Supervise and control the entire construction process. * Perform economic management of the project to ensure budget compliance. * Monitor site safety, ensuring compliance with regulations. * Draft site minutes and other required reports. * Prepare and manage budgets for project variations. **Requirements:** --------------- Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager \- Site Manager on interior fit-out projects for retail, offices, or hotels. * Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential. * Familiarity with AUTOCAD and PRESTO is preferred. * Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. * Basic Occupational Health and Safety Training (60 hours) is desirable. * Proactive, solution-oriented, organized, responsible, and capable of working effectively in a team. * Willingness to travel. * Valid driver's license is preferred. * What We Offer?
