Here, your work truly matters — and so do you. **What's your mission?** Support the PMO team in creating and maintaining the project management methodology and in ensuring proper follow\-up with Project Leaders across the company. This role contributes to keeping a global, up\-to\-date view of the project portfolio, ensuring that projects progress according to their defined scope, timeline and objectives. **️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day** * Support the PMO team in the day\-to\-day project follow\-up, keeping tasks, risks and KPIs updated. * Help maintain a global, up\-to\-date view of the company’s project portfolio and assist Project Leaders throughout the different project phases. * Collaborate with the project teams to ensure that project requirements are clearly defined and documented. * Work using Kanban or Waterfall boards (e.g. Jira) to track project progress. * Help manage and improve the PMO tools and standard templates to streamline the follow\-up process. * Prepare reporting and documentation, assist with process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO. **What you need to shine in this role** * Currently studying an engineering degree/master, project management master or business\-related degree/master. * Good level in English \& Spanish **What do we offer you at Eurofragance?** Much more than just a job!
