While developing professional competencies essential for their future careers, interns will also participate in significant projects across electricity generation, distribution, and sales. **Department** Global ICT – Remote Control Operations. This department is responsible for operating and evolving the electric grid control systems, including SCADA/OT solutions, critical infrastructure management, servers, storage, networks, and monitoring of distributed environments nationwide. Additionally, it contributes to ensuring service continuity, technological alignment with regulatory requirements, and implementation of new technology architectures. **Training Objectives** During the internship, students will: * **Organizational Management:** Participate in monitoring, documentation, and technical coordination tasks related to IT/OT critical infrastructures supporting control system operations. * **Data Analytics:** Collaborate in performance analysis, incident tracking, and preparation of technical reporting to support evaluation of system, platform, and service status. * **Digital Transformation and Emerging Technologies:** Support analysis of system architectures, including SAN/NAS, virtualization, edge computing, servers, databases, and storage. * **Key Competencies:** Strengthen technical analysis, documentation, communication, teamwork, operational rigor, and incident resolution skills in critical technology environments. * **Process Innovation:** Collaborate on hardware and platform technology renewal projects, as well as configuration reviews and compliance with cybersecurity standards. ‍ **Mentorship and Monitoring** * Specialized tutoring with continuous guidance. * Progress evaluation through goal setting and periodic follow-up. * Ongoing feedback to foster continuous improvement. **Candidate Profile** * **Academic Qualifications:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Required Skills:** Technical analytical ability, attention to detail, interest in industrial environments and critical systems, organization, responsibility, and ability to document technical information. * **Valued Languages and Tools:** * **Languages:** Native Spanish and intermediate English for reading technical documentation.
