WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Magic Hotel Group seeks to incorporate a Maître into our team for our hotel establishments in Benidorm (Alicante). Working Hours: Full-time. Job Responsibilities Responsibilities: * Compliance with standards and procedures established by the hotel chain. * Ensuring customer satisfaction in accordance with established quality and service standards. * Management of the restaurant’s dining room team: supervision of service. * Reviewing reservations and organizing table assignments. * Advising customers and taking orders. * Controlling inventory of products in the restaurant storeroom. Requirements * Education: High school diploma or vocational training related to the position. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in the role, preferably in high-volume hotels (serving many guests). * Good command of English; knowledge of a second language is valued. * Customer-oriented mindset with a highly operational profile. * Strong commercial skills. * Leadership capability for teams. * Knowledge of HACCP regulations. * Training in allergen management.
