Currently, the company is undergoing strong expansion and growth. #### **Your mission** Responsible for coordinating Logistics and Customer Service operations across European subsidiaries, ensuring product availability, customer service levels, and financial\-operational efficiency. * Lead replenishment and distribution planning processes, ensuring compliance with stock policies and planning parameters defined by the company, aiming to prevent stockouts and minimize lost sales * Ensure service delivery to internal and external customers by overseeing order flow from receipt through final delivery, guaranteeing excellence in service level * Develop and implement innovative solutions to increase productivity, improve customer experience, and optimize operational processes * Ensure execution of daily operational routines through follow-up meetings, visual management, and action plan monitoring, promoting process standardization across subsidiaries * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the area, identifying deviations, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions using structured management methodology and discipline * Ensure cost execution remains within the approved budget, identifying opportunities for expense reduction, productivity gains, and operational efficiency improvements * Lead cross-functional projects related to operational expansion, continuous improvement, digital transformation, and strategic initiatives impacting business results **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams * Leadership and people development skills * Knowledge of management methodologies * Languages: Advanced English and Spanish (Portuguese desirable) * Knowledge of management methodologies * SAP ERP knowledge preferred * Willingness to travel to European subsidiaries as scheduled #### **Your profile** * Negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment * Cultural awareness and ability to work effectively in multicultural environments * Hands\-on profile with strong execution capability and sense of ownership #### **About us** Silimed's vocation is to contribute to plastic surgery, promoting both research and scientific studies, and developing technologies to meet different needs.
