




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Line Cook Supervisor to prepare, cook, and present dishes, manage raw materials, and oversee kitchen equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Management and preservation of raw materials We are looking for a Line Cook Supervisor with experience at our restaurant Horno de San Juan in Miranda de Ebro, Burgos. * To facilitate geographical mobility, we offer accommodation. Additionally, the responsibilities of the Line Cook Supervisor include: \-Preparation of orders under the direction of the head chef. \-Qualified, autonomous, and responsible preparation, garnishing, and presentation of dishes using appropriate techniques. \-Preservation of raw materials and products used in the kitchen. \-Preparation, cooking, and presentation of culinary products. \-Inspection and control of kitchen equipment, reporting any issues accordingly. \-Monitoring and ensuring proper preservation and optimal utilization of assigned products. Mandatory: Strong communication skills. Desirable: Solid industry knowledge (wine lists, menu knowledge, protocols, etc.). English language proficiency.
