Chance to explore ecological gastronomy Your work in the kitchen will primarily focus on: \- Assisting in the preparation and organization of products to ensure efficient service. \- Maintaining cleanliness and order at your workstation. \- Performing mise en place for your station. \- Chopping ingredients, preparing sauces, and carrying out auxiliary tasks, etc. REQUIREMENTS \- Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training qualification related to Hospitality and/or Tourism. \- One year’s experience in the described or similar tasks is desirable. \- Food Handler’s Certificate obtained within the last two years.
