Other desirable (but not mandatory) requirements: Degree in Tourism; minimum 1 year’s experience; knowledge of a third language. Key competencies (according to our competency dictionary): Commitment to PHG and alignment with its corporate culture; adaptability to change; customer orientation through excellence; teamwork and cooperation; continuous learning; results/objective orientation; initiative to assume commitments, make decisions, and solve problems; commercial orientation. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** --------------------------------------------- Welcome and bid farewell to customers at the outlet. - Seat customers at their assigned tables. - Provide qualified, proactive, and responsible assistance and information to customers. - Advise customers, upon request, regarding food and/or beverage selections. - Maintain proper appearance, order, and cleanliness of the work area and customer zones. - Carry out assigned tasks promptly, diligently, and safely. - Be familiar with the Integrated Policy on Quality, Environment, and Prevention. - Ensure maximum customer satisfaction during their stay. - Possess knowledge of hotel facilities and destination information. - Inform management of any incidents or updates. - Know and comply with internal regulations, and in all cases act in accordance with instructions received from superiors and professional expertise. - Understand applicable hygiene and sanitation regulations for the department, as well as relevant HACCP prerequisites. - Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. - Communicate and implement instructions issued by the direct supervisor. - Collaborate with management and other departments. - Identify and report risks associated with tasks performed within one’s area of competence and responsibility. - Correctly use, maintain, and preserve personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety devices provided by the company.
