




Job Summary: We are seeking a Head Chef to lead the gastronomic operation of a family-oriented holiday hotel featuring buffet and themed restaurants, managing teams and ensuring quality standards. HEAD CHEF – HOTEL Seaview Country Village 4★ Family-oriented holiday hotel We are recruiting a Head Chef to lead the gastronomic operation of an establishment with predominantly family-oriented profile and high volume. The hotel features: * Main buffet-style restaurant * 3 themed restaurants * International quality and service standards. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Direction and supervision of all kitchen operations * International buffet * Themed restaurants * Menus for allergen-free/vegan/vegetarian guests * Management and leadership of large teams * Cost control, recipe costing, procurement, and stock management * Ensure compliance with HACCP and health regulations * Coordination with Hotel Management and tour operator standards. REQUIRED PROFILE * Culinary / Gastronomy training * Prior experience as Head Chef * Demonstrable experience in holiday hotels or resorts * Ability to manage high-volume production * Knowledge of international cuisine * Leadership, planning, and organizational skills * Intermediate level of English (other languages are an asset) * Previous experience in Ibiza or the Balearic Islands is desirable OFFER * Join an established international project * Permanent contract (depending on profile) * Competitive salary conditions * Positive work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
