




Job Summary: We are seeking a Cook to handle culinary production, ensuring quality, hygiene, and stock management at our restaurant in Madrid. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for culinary production and raw material control. 2. Ensure consistent product quality (taste, aesthetics, and hygiene). 3. Stock management, kitchen cleaning, and daily establishment tasks. The La Musa Group is looking for a COOK (M/F) for our Madrid restaurant LIMBO TRIBUNAL. Key responsibilities include: Carry out tasks assigned by the kitchen management. Handle the restaurant’s culinary production in accordance with technical specifications. Ensure service delivery for such production and raw material control. Guarantee consistent product quality (taste, aesthetics, and hygiene) of items for sale. Be responsible for kitchen cleanliness in compliance with current regulations, together with the office team. Manage raw material stocks (procurement, stock rotation). Receive and store goods. Perform any tasks related to the smooth operation of the establishment (e.g., closing the establishment, receiving suppliers, performing daily tasks aimed at expanding operational scope in the long term, etc.).
