If you are ready to become part of a dynamic team committed to quality and culinary authenticity, we look forward to receiving your application! **Dishwasher Responsibilities:** * Remove food residue, grease, and dirt from dishes, utensils, and equipment using hot water and appropriate cleaning products. * Clean and disinfect worktables, countertops, food preparation stations, and other kitchen surfaces to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a hygienic environment. * Ensure the dishwashing area remains organized and clean at all times, including proper storage of both clean and dirty kitchen utensils as well as cleaning supplies. * Empty trash containers, separate recyclable waste, and keep the waste storage area clean and orderly. * Collaborate with the kitchen team by assisting other team members with additional tasks such as ingredient preparation, post-service kitchen cleanup, or performing extra cleaning duties as needed. * Report any issues or maintenance needs; remain vigilant regarding problems with kitchen equipment, facilities, or cleaning supplies, and immediately notify your supervisor for repair or replenishment. * Comply with food safety regulations; adhere to food safety standards at all times to ensure the safety and quality of served food.
