With over 4,000 employees and a strong international network of growers and suppliers, we are committed to shaping wellbeing for the world through sustainable growth, innovation and strong partnerships. **Now we're looking for a Finance Intern to join our Team in Valencia.** **Department:** Commercial Finance **Location:** Valencia, Spain **Duration:** 6 months (can be extended to 1 year) **Here's What You Will Do** 1\. SAP Set\-up \& Master Data * Help set up clean, consistent and well\-documented master data, following agreed naming conventions and governance rules. 2\. Financial Flows \& SAP Controls * Help map the end\-to\-end financial flow from purchase to sales, invoicing and cash collection. * Support the set\-up and validation of key SAP elements such as pricing conditions, rebates, commissions, service fees, intercompany flows, revenue recognition treatment. * Help ensure that areas including cost allocation keys, quality claims and deductions. 3\. Reporting \& P\&L * Contribute to building a clear P\&L view for the new business, understandable for both Finance and Commercial teams. * Support simple Power BI / Excel reporting based on SAP extractions, including volume, value and margin checks. 4\. Testing, Go\-Live \& Documentation * Support user acceptance testing, go\-live preparation and hypercare after launch. * Monitor first transactions, help troubleshoot issues and validate the first P\&L close. * Prepare clear documentation, templates and handover notes so the process can be maintained after the internship. **You will Learn** * End\-to\-end SAP financial set\-up for a new business line. * Project management methodologies applied to a Finance × Supply Chain transformation. * Cross\-functional collaboration in an international FMCG / fresh produce environment. **What You Need To Bring** * Student or recent graduate in Finance or Business Administration (Master's level preferred). * Strong interest in financial processes, ERP systems (SAP a plus) and project management. * Excellent Excel skills; exposure to Power BI, Power Query, or SAP is appreciated. * Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to structure complex topics. * Proactive, organized, and autonomous — comfortable juggling multiple workstreams. * Excellent communication skills in English, with Spanish being a significant plus. **What It Is Like To Work At Fyffes** We are ambitious but grounded, combining high performance with a people\-first culture.
