We are looking for a MAÎTRE for our MOLINA LARIO hotel, located in the heart of MÁLAGA. **Main responsibilities include:** * Organize, lead, and coordinate the work of assigned staff. * Plan departmental schedules and shifts. * Ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures. * Responsible for delivering high-quality, professional, and efficient service to customers. * Supervise the proper execution of room\-service processes. * Handle customer complaints. * Know and advise on various food and wine menu items. * Supervise the setup and restocking of meeting rooms or other event spaces. * Monitor budgets, costs, margins, etc. REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience as a supervisor in 4\*-star hotels. * Formal education in hotel and service management. * Advanced English \+ Other languages are an asset. * Energetic individual with strong interpersonal skills, passion for customer service, and proactive attitude. * Leadership ability and capacity to manage a team. * Experience in events is highly valued.
