Ensure product quality, recipes, and customer experience Description : Executive Chef – Opening of a high-end restaurant in Marbella In the context of the upcoming opening of a premium establishment in Marbella, we are seeking an Executive Chef capable of supporting the launch and development of a distinctive venue that combines product excellence, volume, and operational rigor. This position includes a training and immersion phase in Paris, within a rapidly growing group, prior to the official site opening. Your responsibilities: * Lead the kitchen's opening and organization * Manage, structure, and upskill a brigade of over 25 people * Guarantee product quality, recipe fidelity, and customer experience * Ensure cost control, procurement management, and compliance with HACCP standards * Contribute to local menu adaptation in collaboration with group teams * Drive team dynamics and implementation of excellence standards Conditions: * An ambitious opening in a dynamic international destination * Genuine operational autonomy * Opportunity to contribute your vision and creativity to offer adaptation * A stimulating project within a renowned group known for its high-end, identity-driven lifestyle venues * Permanent contract (CDI) * Full-time Remuneration: €75,000 gross annual * Position based in Marbella – mobility required before opening. Required profile: * Experienced Chef, accustomed to high-volume operations (+250 covers per service) * Excellent palate and strong product sensitivity * Solid operational expertise: brigade management, procurement, organization, and hygiene * International profile, mobile, and comfortable in multicultural environments * Spanish and English mandatory * Assertive, proactive, rigorous, and structured personality * Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced, and ambitious environment
