This is a hands\-on role ensuring safe operations in critical infrastructure, where compliance and prevention truly matter. **You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication \- because they know what’s at stake: the journey home.** **Your role, your impact** * Prepare and review risk assessments, safety \& health plans, and environmental management plans * Visit worksites, projects, and operational centres to ensure compliance with HSE standards * Supervise contractors and project stakeholders from an HSE perspective * Monitor legal compliance in occupational risk prevention * Respond to emergency situations when required * Support prevention processes and tools aligned with Alstom standards and ISO 14001 \& ISO 45001 * Coordinate training and awareness sessions for employees * Participate in HSE audits and continuous improvement initiatives **You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across operations, maintenance and engineering \- ensuring safety in complex railway environments while contributing to sustainable mobility.** **What you bring** * University degree in Engineering and/or Architecture * Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (all three specializations required) * Previous experience in similar HSE roles * Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 standards * Understanding of local legal regulations in HSE * Experience in construction, industrial or installation environments is a strong plus * Intermediate to advanced level of English is valued **How success is measured** * Compliance with HSE regulations and internal standards * Quality and accuracy of risk assessments and documentation * Effectiveness in preventing incidents and managing risks * Contribution to audits, training and continuous improvement * Collaboration with teams and stakeholders across projects **Alstom, a great place to grow** * Enjoy stability, challenges and a long\-term career free from boring daily routines * Work with advanced safety standards in railway signalling * Collaborate with transverse teams and supportive colleagues * Contribute to innovative and impactful projects * Utilise our cooperative working environment * Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries * Benefit from our investment in your development through award\-winning learning * Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential **Here, progress isn’t always easy \- the scale is massive, the tasks are complex \- but the impact is real.
