If you enjoy solving complex problems, building scalable data solutions, and turning raw data into meaningful insight, this role offers the chance to make a real impact in a fast\-growing global organization. ### **About the Role** As a Data Engineer, you will support the development and operation of Curaleaf International's data platform, enabling reliable analytics, reporting, and business insight across the organisation. This will include: * **Data Engineering \& Infrastructure** Designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL processes while contributing to the ongoing development of our in\-house data warehouse and infrastructure using Python, SQL, and Terraform. * **Analytics \& Visualisation** Building and optimising PowerBI dashboards and reporting solutions that translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights. * **Cross\-Functional Collaboration** Working closely with international stakeholders to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and deliver data solutions aligned to operational needs. * **Data Quality \& Support** Ensuring data integrity through validation, cleaning, and troubleshooting activities while supporting the full lifecycle of data projects from design through to deployment and ongoing improvement. ### **About You** You are curious, analytical, and motivated to grow your technical skillset within a collaborative environment. You enjoy learning new tools, solving problems with data, and communicating technical ideas clearly. **Required Skills \& Experience:** * Python and SQL * Understanding of data structures and data modelling principles * Strong analytical and problem\-solving capability * Ability to explain technical concepts to non\-technical stakeholders * Self\-motivated with excellent time management in a remote environment * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Demonstrated eagerness to learn new technologies quickly **Although not essential, it would be beneficial to have:** * Experience with PowerBI or similar BI tools * Familiarity with Postgres, AWS, DBT, or Microsoft Business Central * Exposure to Infrastructure as Code concepts and Terraform * Understanding of data warehousing concepts * Experience with version control workflows * Interest or experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical cannabis industries ### **About Us:** At Curaleaf International, we're not just participating in the cannabis industry\-we're leading it.
