The atmosphere is informal and lively — here, unnecessary rigidity is absent, but high standards and genuine enthusiasm for doing things well are abundant. **Your Responsibilities** * Work across all kitchen stations in a versatile manner according to service needs * Prepare and plate menu items while adhering to quality standards * Manage daily mise en place efficiently and thoughtfully * Monitor ingredients: storage, stock levels, and optimal utilization * Maintain cleanliness and organization within your work area **What We’re Looking For** * Ability to move confidently between kitchen stations * Solid technique, strong organizational skills, and composure during service * **A consistently positive attitude** — kitchens are high-pressure environments, and we seek someone who energizes the team, not drains it * **Genuine teamwork** — no hierarchy here; everyone pitches in and supports each other * Without the above, other qualifications matter little.
