As a **Cook**, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes and buffet service for our guests using exceptional **cooking**, **catering**, and **gastronomy** techniques. Your main responsibilities will include: * **Cooking**: Preparing a wide variety of dishes using traditional recipes and **Mediterranean** and **Spanish cooking** techniques. * **Hospitality stock management**: Maintaining rigorous control over ingredient inventories and ensuring necessary products are always available for dish preparation. * **Menu development**: Collaborating in the creation and updating of menus, incorporating new ideas and gastronomic trends. * **Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)**: Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and good hygiene practices in the kitchen. For this position, we seek a **Cook** with: * Extensive experience in **cooking**, preferably in high-end restaurants or those recognized in **gastronomy**. * Solid knowledge of **Mediterranean** and **Spanish cooking**, as well as **recipe preparation** techniques. * Skills in **stock management** and **inventory control** within the **hospitality** sector. * Ability to work collaboratively, under pressure, and with attention to detail. * Passion for **gastronomy** and a desire to deliver an exceptional culinary experience to our guests.
