Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced cook to prepare and present dishes, collaborate on ordering and storage of raw materials, and monitor kitchen equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Qualified preparation and presentation of dishes 2. Collaboration in raw material management 3. Monitoring and care of products in the kitchen We are looking for a cook with experience at our restaurant Horno de San Juan in Miranda de Ebro, Burgos. Main duties include: \-Preparation of orders under the direction of the head chef. \-Qualified, autonomous, and responsible preparation, garnishing, and presentation of dishes using appropriate techniques. \-Collaboration in ordering and storage of raw materials and kitchen supplies. \-Preparation, cooking, and presentation of culinary products. \-Inspection and monitoring of kitchen equipment, reporting any issues immediately. \-Monitoring and proper handling of conservation and utilization of provided products. Mandatory: Communication skills. Desirable: Solid industry knowledge (wine lists, menu knowledge, protocols, etc.). English language proficiency.
