




Job Summary: We are seeking a cook to prepare dishes, plan menus, manage inventory, ensure hygiene, and coordinate the kitchen team. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are looking for a cook for our restaurant located at Alannia Neptuno Campsite (Pals) **Responsibilities:** \- Food preparation and cooking: Prepare dishes according to established recipes, using appropriate culinary techniques while ensuring quality and presentation. \- Menu planning: Design balanced and attractive menus, considering ingredient seasonality and customer preferences. \- Inventory and supply control: Manage procurement of raw materials, monitor stock levels, and place orders to maintain adequate kitchen supplies. \- Hygiene and food safety maintenance: Ensure kitchen cleanliness, proper food storage, and compliance with health regulations. \- Kitchen team coordination: Assign tasks to kitchen assistants, supervise their work, and collaborate with other staff to ensure efficient service. **Requirements:** \- Minimum two years of experience as a cook. \- Own vehicle required. \- Availability to work Monday through Sunday on rotating shifts.
