Your main responsibility within the company will be to prepare, cook and present dishes from the food offering, following the guidelines provided by the Head Chef and Second Head Chef, according to the previously agreed menu, while complying with established safety, hygiene and environmental protection regulations This vacancy is for our hotel Insotel Punta Prima Resort \& Spa in Menorca. Your main responsibilities will be: * Prepare assigned dishes under the direction of your superior, the Station Chef. * Ensure excellent presentation of dishes. * Know and prepare ingredient lists and recipes for all products to be made in the kitchen department. * Inform the station chef of necessary product requirements. * Clean and organize your station. * Follow previously agreed service instructions. * Other duties typical of the department.
