Essential Requirement You must be a **native speaker** of **at least one** of the following languages: * English * German * French * Dutch * Danish * Swedish * Norwegian Spanish is an advantage but **is not a requirement**. Additional language skills will be highly valued. Your Responsibilities * Listing and acquiring new properties. * Developing relationships with buyers and sellers. * Valuing residential properties. * Organising and conducting property viewings. * Negotiating successful sales. * Guiding clients throughout the entire buying and selling process. * Building long\-term relationships with international clients. * Monitoring local market trends and competitor activity. * Achieving ambitious sales targets.
