Job stability with an indefinite contract and initial training. **Description** At Adalmo, we need to hire a Sales Representative based at our Ses Veles office, responsible for following up on and expanding our client portfolio. What responsibilities would you have? * Client acquisition and CRM management. * Client advisory services. * Preparation and submission of budgets, terms and conditions, and customer onboarding forms. * Follow-up on budgets/offers. * Collaboration with the administration department to ensure proper collection management. * Invoice review. * Weekly participation in follow-up meetings. Indefinite contract. * Initial training. * Company vehicle available for use from Monday to Sunday. * Competitive base salary commensurate with experience \+ commission based on assigned clientele (you will be assigned the commission corresponding to the current clientele in your area). * Flexible compensation applicable to restaurants, transportation, and childcare. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education * Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales-related roles * User-to-intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), email, and internet * Native Spanish speaker and intermediate Catalan * Availability from Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 (lunch break between 13:00–14:00; actual departure time depends on lunch duration). Experience in marketing services within the waste management sector will be considered a strong advantage.
