Job Summary: We are seeking Chefs to join a leading resort on the Mediterranean coast, collaborating in the production, preparation, and presentation of menus and dishes, adhering to quality standards. Among our companies are several restaurants operating within our large-scale complex. In this instance, we are seeking Chefs to join our team starting from **January 12**. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Production and preparation of menus following quality standards and under the supervision of the Gastronomic Director. * Cooking and presentation of dishes. * Execution of pre-preparation, cooking, and preparation techniques. * Control of orders, stock, and food storage in compliance with health regulations. * Organization of service operations applying internal rules and procedures. * Strict adherence to HACCP and maintenance of health record books. * Collaboration on menus, buffets, banquets, and other culinary offerings. **REQUIREMENTS** * Spanish language proficiency required. * Valid driver's license and personal mobility. * Food handler certification. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. **WE OFFER** * Fixed-term intermittent contract. * Full-time schedule. * Meals provided during shifts. * Uniforms supplied by the company. * Discounts at supermarkets, gas stations, and other local businesses. * Possibility of salary advances. * Professional growth opportunities. **If you wish to become part of a leading resort on the Mediterranean coast and experience the MET from within, we welcome you to Oliva Nova.**
