Preparation and cooking of high-quality food We are looking for a professional chef to join the kitchen team of a 4-star hotel, committed to gastronomic excellence and customer satisfaction. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in accordance with the establishment's quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and cook food according to the hotel’s recipes and standards. * Organize and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and work area. * Monitor quality, preservation, and storage of products. * Collaborate with the kitchen team in menu planning. * Comply with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP). * Manage stock and assist in goods receipt. * Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure efficient service. **Requirements:** * Previous experience as a chef, preferably in hotels or restaurants of a similar standard. * Culinary or gastronomy training. * Knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Flexible availability.
