The selected candidate must be proactive, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while consistently ensuring dish quality and good coordination with the team. Preparation and cooking of dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards. Organization and maintenance of the workstation. Quality control of ingredients and preparations. Collaboration with the kitchen team during service. Stock management and proper food storage. Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. Candidate profile: Proactive, responsible, and initiative-driven individual. Ability to work under pressure during service. Good organization and cleanliness at the workplace. Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience, involving dish preparation and service delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Familiarity with mise en place management, preparation of culinary items, and maintaining smooth workstation operations during service. Experience in dish preparation, product quality control, workstation organization, and coordination with the kitchen team to ensure agile and efficient service.
