Job Summary: We are seeking a CHEF with enthusiasm and commitment to develop the menu for a newly opened Mediterranean restaurant featuring Catalan and Andalusian influences. Key Highlights: 1. Develop the menu from scratch 2. Newly opened restaurant 3. Mediterranean cuisine with Catalan and Andalusian touches Newly opened Mediterranean restaurant aiming to incorporate elements of Catalan and Andalusian cuisines. Offers a daily menu on weekdays and à la carte service. We require a CHEF with enthusiasm and commitment to develop the menu from scratch. WORK SCHEDULE TO BE DETERMINED, with TWO ROTATING DAYS OFF.
