Main responsibilities of the job: \- Manage the operational activities within their work area. \- Monitor stock and storage space. \- Manage the human team required to deliver services/events within their area. \- Perform management and coordination tasks related to their work area. \- Advise and assist clients regarding products and services linked to their area of responsibility, coordinating with their direct supervisor. \- Carry out cash reconciliation and closing procedures. \- Execute and supervise processes and procedures related to their work area. * Experience: 2 years. Proven experience in the sector and in tasks similar to those required is necessary. * MEDIUM LEVEL VOCATIONAL TRAINING CERTIFICATE * CFGM Hospitality and Tourism * Spanish (spoken B1 \- threshold, written B1 \- threshold) * Catalan (spoken B1 \- threshold, written B1 \- threshold) * Skills / knowledge: Knowledge of menu dishes, ingredients, and basic cooking techniques. Protocols and etiquette: customer courtesy and service standards. Health regulations (HACCP, allergens, food safety...). Computer skills: Office software at user level.
