Tired of endless, boring hotel buffets? At **Insolent**, we do things differently. We are a Mediterranean restaurant in Barcelona, serving fresh, seasonal cuisine. We are located inside a hotel and need someone with spark, charisma, and great energy to lead our mornings and also step up in the restaurant. **What will you be doing here?** * **Be the king/queen of mornings:** You’ll set up and manage the hotel’s small breakfast buffet (approx. 30 people). No angry crowds—just something charming, manageable, and high-quality. * **Deliver excellence in the restaurant:** Once breakfast is wrapped up, you’ll jump into action alongside the rest of the team for lunch service—or whenever needed. We expect you to know protocol, yet break the rules with warm, bold, and professional service. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Insolent Attitude:** Sympathy, speed, charisma, and zero shyness when connecting with our guests (ranging from young patrons at night to older guests at lunch). * Proven experience in front-of-house service and breakfast management (we want someone who won’t freeze if all 30 guests suddenly descend for coffee). * Passion for quality ingredients and wine.
