Opportunities for internal growth Our restaurant, located in the heart of Alcalá de Henares and led by renowned Chef Alfonso Sanz, is looking for professional waiters to join a passionate, excellence-oriented, and committed team dedicated to delivering a memorable gastronomic experience. Job Responsibilities Customer Service and Experience * Greet and welcome customers in a courteous and professional manner. * Escort customers to their tables and promptly and efficiently attend to their requests. * Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring understanding of preferences, restrictions, and needs. * Recommend dishes and beverages according to customer tastes, providing detailed information about ingredients, preparations, and pairings. * Serve food and beverages adhering to the restaurant’s presentation standards. * Ensure customers have all necessary items to enjoy their experience (cutlery, napkins, condiments, etc.). * Monitor assigned tables and anticipate customer needs. * Efficiently and accurately process partial or full payments. * Collect and record customer feedback using company-provided tools. * Handle dissatisfaction or conflict situations with professionalism, calmness, and empathy. Service Quality and Safety * Ensure customer safety by verifying allergens and confirming each dish matches the order. * Guarantee compliance with promotions and discounts per restaurant policies. * Take full responsibility for the customer journey: from arrival at the establishment through to receipt delivery. Maintenance and Operational Support * Maintain optimal conditions in the dining area, restrooms, tables, glassware, plants, and other assigned areas. * Conduct inventories of tableware, cutlery, and station supplies. * Collaborate with the team to ensure comprehensive and harmonious service. * Assist with additional tasks such as restocking supplies (e.g., support poles, boxes, or others) when operations allow. Candidate Profile * Prior front-of-house experience, preferably in high-end or similar restaurants. * Excellent customer service skills, positive attitude, and attention to detail. * Strong personal presence, responsibility, and ability to work effectively in a team. * Knowledge of dining room protocol, allergens, and basic food handling (desirable). * Availability for immediate start.
