We are a hotel chain on the Costa Brava and are looking for a waiter/waitress at one of our hotels - Hotel Eden Park, located in Riudellots de la Selva. Main responsibilities include: * Maintain the restaurant and bar area in perfect order and cleanliness. * Attend guests and customers, welcoming them at the restaurant entrance. * Present the gastronomic offerings on the menu, being able to make recommendations according to the customer's profile. * Take orders, recording special requests and details. * Maintain effective communication with the kitchen to ensure an appropriate service pace, as well as proper cleaning and hygiene of equipment. * Serve dishes and beverages. * Handle possible complaints and offer suitable solutions. * Clear tables immediately after each service. * Report any problems, complaints, or incidents that may occur during service to the direct supervisor. * Anticipate customer needs and offer services before they are requested. * Perform other job-related tasks as required. Requirements: * Compulsory secondary education or equivalent. * Knowledge of languages is desirable. * Residing near the workplace is advantageous. * Flexible working hours. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
