Job Summary: We are seeking a waiter/waitress for Alannia Costa Blanca to handle customer service, food and beverage service, and maintenance of the work area. Key Highlights: 1. Direct customer service for domestic and international clients 2. Beverage and food service in the dining room, on the terrace, or at the buffet 3. Coordination with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service At Alannia Resorts, a leading chain in the holiday and resort camping sector in Spain, we seek to hire a waiter/waitress for our Alannia Costa Blanca team (Crevillente, Alicante) at one of our establishments. **Responsibilities:** * Direct customer service for domestic and international clients. * Taking orders. * Beverage and food service in the dining room, on the terrace, or at the buffet. * Advising customers on menus, allergens, and recommendations. * Setting up and clearing the dining area and preparing tables. * Customer billing and handling cash/register. * Restocking supplies and assisting at the bar or buffet. * Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area. * Coordination with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service. * Compliance with hygiene, food safety, and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in hospitality (experience in hotels or campgrounds is desirable). * Customer orientation and excellent service attitude. * Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure. * Availability to work weekends and holidays. * Basic English proficiency is desirable (other languages are a plus). * Agility, responsibility, and eagerness to learn. * Food handler’s certificate is desirable. * **Personal vehicle required to commute to the campsite.** * **Tray handling skill — mandatory requirement; ability to prepare coffee.** CONTRACT: INTERMITTENT PERMANENT Position Type: Full-time Salary: €1,400.00–€1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
