




Job Summary: We are seeking a Bellboy for a superior 4-star hotel, delivering prompt, friendly, and professional service during guest arrivals and departures. Key Highlights: 1. Enhances the guest arrival and departure experience. 2. Provides key support in luggage handling and baggage storage. 3. Ensures interdepartmental coordination to ensure guest satisfaction. Novotel Valencia Lavant is a newly opened *superior 4-star* hotel with **370 rooms** and a high volume of guests. We are looking for a **Bellboy** to reinforce the arrival and departure experience, offering prompt, friendly, and professional service. **Main responsibilities include:** * Welcoming guests and supporting **arrivals and departures**: handling luggage, escorting guests to their rooms, and providing basic service explanations. * Managing **baggage storage** and personal belongings control (labeling, registration, and safekeeping). * Supporting Front Desk in operational tasks: delivering amenities, messages, special requests, restocking supplies, and handling ad-hoc assignments. * Coordinating with other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, F\&B) to resolve guest requests. * Assisting with access control and lobby order, collaborating with the team on guest **security and flow**. * Maintaining the lobby area, luggage carts, and assigned zones in perfect condition. * Prior customer service experience (hotel, retail, food service, or tourism experience is preferred). * Excellent service attitude, courtesy, and professional appearance. * Availability for rotating shifts and weekend/holiday work. * Physical capability for luggage handling and agility in fast-paced environments. * Languages: Advanced Spanish (mandatory). Conversational English (highly valued). Additional languages are a plus. * Skills: communication, empathy, proactivity, attention to detail.
