Join our team and contribute to the success of our market-leading hotel.*** Reporting to the General and Operations Management, your main responsibilities will include: * Preparing and serving classic, signature, and other beverages in a sophisticated and dynamic setting. * Delivering a unique customer experience through attentive, professional service: we want customers to return because of you. * Monitoring stock levels and restocking bar supplies. * Cleaning and maintaining the work area in accordance with hygiene standards. * Coordinating with dining room and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless customer experience. * Applying suggestive selling techniques. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender, preferably in rooftops, beach clubs, or high-traffic venues. * Proficiency in both classic and contemporary mixology techniques. * Dynamic attitude, strong presence, and excellent interpersonal skills. * Intermediate-to-advanced level of English (knowledge of other languages is a plus). * Valid food handler’s certificate. * Hospitality, bartending, or mixology training is highly valued.
