Responsibilities * Supervise and intervene in activities of the Bar and Restaurant Department * Organize, coordinate, and lead your team, actively participating in its recruitment * Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Hygiene regulations * Manage purchasing and inventory control * Customer service and attention **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a waiter/waitress. * Hospitality and Tourism education is desirable. * Advanced level of English. * Knowledge of additional languages is desirable.
