Under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager and Team Leader, this professional is responsible for carrying out operational and logistics tasks within the warehouse. **We offer:** ============= Indefinite-term contract **Tasks and Qualifications:** ============================= 1\. Unloading and incoming material inspection in the warehouse. 2\. Inspection and registration of incoming material delivery notes. 3\. Registration and control of inventory inflows and outflows in the inventory management system. 4\. Placement of materials in designated storage areas. 5\. Management of outgoing material orders, including order printing via labels and documents. 6\. "Picking" and "packing" tasks for various material and product references. 7\. Labeling, packaging, and preparation of products for shipment. 8\. Order preparation and warehouse organization. 9\. Loading of finished parcels and handover to courier agencies. 10\. Custom-length chain manufacturing by cutting. 11\. Control and management of returns. 12\. Control and management of exchange items and warranty materials. 13\. Conducting physical inventory counts (counting and recording quantities). 14\. Operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet trucks. 15\. Monitoring maintenance of equipment and tools used in warehouse processes. 16\. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse. 17\. Collaborating with other team members to optimize logistics processes and with direct supervisors (Team Leader and Warehouse Manager). 18\. Performing other related duties assigned by superiors. 19\. Proper use of required PPE in designated zones and tasks. 20\. Reporting any changes affecting service quality to the System Manager. **Required Education:** * Formal education not required. \- Non-formal education: Forklift Operator License (Counterbalanced forklift) \- Tri-directional forklift and order-picking experience preferred. * Experience: Experience and knowledge in the transportation/logistics sector preferred. **Skills:** * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Punctuality. * Efficiency. * Motivation for the job. * Proficient operation of forklifts and related equipment.
