




##### **You will contribute to ending world hunger by...** Contributing to positioning ACF-E in Spain as a leading organization in international cooperation and social action in Spain. ##### **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Supporting the completion of project management, reporting, and technical and economic monitoring tools, in accordance with the organization’s document management policy and office and donor procedures. * Supporting stakeholder engagement: managing institutional agendas, communicating with donors, and participating in events linked to the project. * Supporting the coordination, organization, and implementation of activities planned under the project. * Administrative management and participation in project monitoring and follow-up processes. * Supporting and contributing to audit and accountability processes, aiming to minimize potential fund repayments to the donor. ##### **Does this description fit you?** * Vocational training in Management and Administration or a university degree in Labour Sciences, Labour Relations, Economics, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Social Work, or related fields. Experience in administrative project management, activity coordination, and collaboration with third-sector organizations or public administrations. * Prior experience in administrative support tasks, technical and economic monitoring, document management, donor reporting, and participation in audits and accountability processes. * Experience in operational activity coordination, logistical organization, engagement with project participants, event support, and assistance in project monitoring and evaluation processes. * Technical competencies and languages: advanced office software skills (word processing, spreadsheets, and management tools), familiarity with specific reporting systems, prior knowledge of ACF (desirable), and proficiency in Valencian (desirable). ##### **Our compensation package:** Joining a multicultural, professional, and innovative organization with an Equality Plan as a tool to mainstream its commitments in this area.
