This role will play a pivotal part in comprehensive product flow management, coordinating functions such as demand planning, logistics, inventory, and distribution. We seek a candidate with strategic vision, strong analytical capability, and experience leading teams in dynamic, high-volume operational environments. Your Mission You will be responsible for ensuring product availability and supply chain efficiency by optimizing inventory levels, improving demand forecast accuracy, and controlling logistics costs. Additionally, you will serve as the liaison between sales, planning, logistics, and business units, ensuring effective coordination to enhance customer service and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management and Optimization Maintain balanced stock levels, ensuring product availability without compromising financial efficiency. Oversee demand planning processes, sales forecasts, and product inflows/outflows. Identify potential risks of stockouts, excess inventory, or slow-moving items, proposing action plans. Logistics Cost Control and Optimization Analyze and optimize costs associated with international transportation, inbound operations, and distribution. Monitor warehousing, handling, and logistics capacity costs. Identify improvement opportunities in routing, suppliers, and operational models. Drive initiatives to enhance distribution network efficiency. Demand Planning and Forecasting Coordinate alignment among sales, business, and planning teams to consolidate a reliable demand forecast. Analyze forecasting KPIs to improve forecast accuracy. Lead structured demand planning and review processes. Service Level and Customer Experience Ensure compliance with key logistics metrics (OTIF, Fill Rate, on-time deliveries, lead time, incidents, and returns). Analyze deviations and lead cross-departmental improvement plans. Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing delivery experience and customer service. Logistics Provider and Distribution Management Oversee relationships with external logistics providers (3PLs) across warehousing, transportation, and distribution. Define and periodically review service KPIs, service-level agreements (SLAs), and operational dashboards. Manage distribution and last-mile services, pursuing operational efficiency and delivery quality. Team Leadership Lead, develop, and motivate the logistics and demand planning team. Foster a culture grounded in data analysis, continuous improvement, and results orientation. Define performance indicators and ensure goal attainment. Profile We Seek We are looking for a professional with strategic supply chain vision, strong analytical skills, and proven experience leading teams in complex, high-volume environments. Key Requirements: University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Solid experience in Supply Chain, including logistics, demand planning, and inventory management. Track record of leading teams and logistics optimization projects. Experience working with external logistics providers (3PLs) and distribution networks. In-depth knowledge of forecasting, planning, and S\&OP processes. Proficiency in analytical tools: Advanced Excel, ERP systems (SAP or others), planning or BI tools. Highly analytical profile, focused on cost optimization and process improvement.
