We are currently seeking a **Supply Manager** to join our Operational Services team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead the development of the Activity Plan, aligned with the Operational Services Plan and the foundation’s mission. * Lead, welcome, accompany, support, and guide team members to foster their autonomy and responsibility, building a sustainable relational and management model. * Schedule shifts and manage annual working hours, ensuring coverage during absences and adjusting availability according to team needs. * Ensure receipt and distribution of food products in compliance with current food safety regulations. * Plan distribution and transportation, guaranteeing on-time delivery and route optimization. * Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts, avoid overspending, and ensure product traceability. **Professional Profile:** * Education: Higher Vocational Training Degree in Administration and/or Logistics or equivalent. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles. * Valid driver’s license. * Knowledge and experience using ERP systems (desirable). * Basque language proficiency will be valued.
