YOUR ROLE Our Operations division has an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and detail-oriented Shift Supervisor to join our team in Ontígola. In this critical role, you will be responsible for operations conducted during a specific shift or process, ensuring efficiency and alignment with the client’s operational strategic objectives. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Reporting to the Operations Manager (Hiring Manager), your key responsibilities will include: **Operational Management:** Oversee operations within a specific shift or process in the facility. **Inventory Coordination:** Monitor real-time receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching. **Process Optimization:** Enhance fulfillment processes to reduce cycle times. **KPI Monitoring:** Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency. **Safety and Quality:** Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, ISO requirements, and data protection regulations. **Continuous Improvement:** Implement Lean methodologies (e.g., 5S) and manage the warehouse’s allocated budget.ç WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? **Education:** Higher Education Degree. **Experience:** 2–3 years of proven experience in e-commerce logistics and warehouse management. **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in management systems (WMS, OMS, TMS), inventory management, and picking/packing processes. Prior experience in high-volume order environments is highly desirable. **Skills:** Analytical ability to interpret KPIs, data-driven decision-making, and strong planning and organizational skills. **Soft Skills:** Leadership for team management, cross-departmental coordination capability, and teamwork orientation. **Availability:** Flexibility to work Monday to Sunday on rotating shifts (06:00\-14:00 / 14:00\-22:00\).
