You will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of multiple projects, guaranteeing quality, timelines, and economic profitability for each initiative. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and coordinate teams in multi-project environments. * Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects with multidisciplinary teams. * Manage financial and economic control of assigned projects. * Analyze data and synthesize key information to support strategic decision-making. * Ensure proper use of tools such as SAP for project tracking and control. * Promote continuous improvement and operational efficiency within the team. **Requirements** **What Are We Looking For?** * Proven experience managing multiple simultaneous projects. * Solid track record leading work teams. * Knowledge and experience in project financial management. * Analytical profile with synthesis ability and results orientation. * Prior experience working with SAP (mandatory). * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * **Work model: On-site.
